A note on licensing: Yubi Group coordinates appropriately licensed specialty subcontractors — such as for electrical or plumbing work — when a project requires it. Yubi Group does not hold electrical, plumbing, or other specialty trade licenses itself.
Emergency / after-hours call-out fee: Late-night and same-day emergency service calls are subject to a $600 after-hours dispatch fee, in addition to standard labor and materials. Applies to plumbing, electrical, and general emergency service calls for both commercial and residential properties. Confirm current pricing when you request a quote.
