Specialty electrical, plumbing, and other licensed trade scopes are coordinated with appropriately licensed subcontractors where required. Yubi Group does not represent itself as holding specialty trade licenses that it does not hold.
Emergency & After-Hours Service
Same-day and after-hours service may be available for urgent construction and property issues, subject to scheduling and project requirements. After-hours and emergency dispatch is subject to a $600 dispatch fee, in addition to applicable labor, materials, and project costs. Pricing and availability should be confirmed before service is scheduled.
